SR IVOCAP
INJECTION SYSTEM
We have found SR Ivocap Injection to be the most accurate
form of processing available on the market today. SR Ivocap Injection
provides complete compensation for polymerization shrinkage through a special
injection technique. Controlled heat/pressure polymerization compensates
acrylic shrinkage by pressured feeding of methylmethacrylate based material
into the mould. After mixing, the material is injected into the flask under
pressure. During the entire polymerization process, the pressure is maintained
at 6 bar to ensure continuous pressure feeding of additional material.
Pressure/heat polymerization enables both a high degree of polymerization
and an excellent adhesive bond to resin teeth. It also prevents raised bites
and spherical deformation. Increases in vertical dimension are not an issue
and wax patterns can be reproduced precisely. As a result, time consuming
adjustments of occlusion can virtually be eliminated.

THE ACCULINER ORTHOPEDIC ANALYZER/ARTICULATOR
All of our edentulous cases
are mounted on The Acculiner and transferred to a semi-adjustable
articulator. The Acculiner is an orthopedic analyzer/articulator that
is used to register, analyze and treat the occlusion. It accurately
reproduces the relationship of the maxilla and mandible to anatomical
landmarks of the cranium in a six-way alignment. It helps establish
the plane of occlusion relative to the HIP (Hamular Incisive Papilla)
plane.

Imagine fabricating a full upper and lower denture without taking a bite registration. With Staub Cranial™, it is reality! The Staub Cranial System™ gives you a scientific approach to identifying proper tooth positioning based on fixed anatomical landmarks unique to each patient to a proven 95% accuracy. After locating these landmarks and measuring the distances between them, our Certified Staub Cranial™ Technicians enter these measurements into a software program that prints a patient specific dental map. This map along with three specifically designed instruments enables us to properly mount your models without a bite registration. In short, math and science replace doctor and technician guesswork.
Using the Staub Cranial™ technique, a denture can be precisely fabricated in as little as three appointments. All that is required from the doctor is an accurate impression capturing all the necessary fixed anatomical landmarks. Along with your impressions, we will return to you a complete maxillary set-up and a set-up of the lower 6 anteriors and a wax block in the posterior at the proper occlusal plane. At the second appointment, the trail set-up is tried in and the bite is verified. The trial set-up is then returned to the lab for the final set-up of the lower posterior teeth and processing. It’s that simple and the accuracy is incredible!
