This is an implant assisted partial denture that came to us with a poorly aligned implant at #11 that we needed to address. Obviously, the position was going to compromise the aesthetics of the case. Since Zest does not make a pre-angled abutment for their locator attachment we had to figure out an alternative.

Instead, we found that Zest does make a Locator attachment that screws into a multi-unit abutment. In the end, we used a 17 degree multi-unit abutment in conjunction with a Locator attachment.

The final result was a drastic improvement for the patient.
