Frequently Asked Questions

We focus on removable and implant-supported prosthetics—from conventional full and partial dentures to complex implant-supported overdentures and full-arch restorations—while also supporting crowns and bridges, fixed and All-on-X cases through our partners, and a wide range of digital solutions, including Ivotion® digital dentures and zirconia hybrids.

Getting started is simple:

– Schedule a discovery / case-planning call (optional but encouraged) to review your goals and workflows.

– Complete the New Account and Doctor Preferences forms so we can tailor our work to your preferences.

We need these forms on file before we return your first case.

Yes. Collaboration is a big part of how we work. We offer:

– Case planning calls to help with treatment options and sequencing.

– Technical support by phone and via our website during business hours.

You can schedule a case-planning call online or give us a call.

Our typical hours are:

– Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

– Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

You can send a case in three main ways:

– Local pick-up (Greater Phoenix area) – Schedule a driver pick-up through our online form.

– Shipping label (outside Phoenix metro) – Request a label and ship using the recommended carrier.

– Digital submission (IOS) – Submit your intraoral scan and upload your RX, photos, and records online.

Use the “Send a Case” form to upload digital records and tell us how the physical case is being sent.

For predictable results, we typically need:

– Completed lab RX with due date

– Impressions or digital scans (final and opposing, as indicated)

– Bite records/facebow when needed

– Photo series (full face, smile, shade references, etc.)

– Implant components for implant and All-on-X cases

Our cosmetic and removable checklists outline recommended records for each type of case.

Yes. We are a fully digital lab and accept intraoral scans for nearly everything we produce, with a few exceptions.

To send DICOM files:

– Visit our Scan/DICOM page and request a secure upload link.

– Complete the short form with doctor, patient, and contact information.

– Upload your DICOM set through the link we provide.

We also provide downloadable DICOM instructions to guide your team.

Yes. A few key best practices:

– Calibrate your scanner regularly.

– Turn off overhead lights and dry tissues before scanning.

– Scan slowly and steadily; avoid voids or missing data.

– Review scans in monochrome to see what we see at the lab.

– Clean up scans before sending and always include a completed RX.

Following these steps helps us “get it right the first time” and minimize remakes.

Yes. We provide complimentary local pick-up and delivery in the Phoenix metro area, from Verrado to Apache Junction to Anthem. This network also supports many same-day denture repairs and relines in Valley communities.

Use the “Schedule a Pick-Up” form on our website and let us know:

– What you are sending

– If it is a wet pick-up

– Your preferred date/time and any special instructions (early closure, wet impressions, refrigeration, etc.)

Wet pick-ups should be wrapped, kept moist, and refrigerated in a sealed bag until our driver arrives.

Yes. We work with dentists throughout Arizona and across the country.

For non-local clients, we use several shipping options (such as FedEx and UPS). Please allow extra time for shipping when you schedule your delivery dates.

For out-of-area cases:

– Request a shipping label through our website.

– Use any sturdy box you have on hand to keep shipping costs reasonable.

– If a case needs to travel back and forth more than once, we will provide a new return label and bill a one-way charge.

Our product line covers most removable and implant-supported needs, including:

– Full and partial dentures

– Implant overdentures and implant bars

– All-on-X / full-arch hybrid restorations

– Ivotion® digital dentures

– Zirconia Thimble Hybrids and other zirconia-based solutions

– Night guards and bite splints

– Digital immediate dentures and other CAD/CAM prosthetics

– C&B/implant crowns/smile design/cosmetic cases

We also support digital implant planning and combination cases with your preferred crown & bridge labs.

The Ivotion® Digital Denture System is a fully digital, monolithic denture solution. A single disc contains both tooth and denture base materials, allowing us to mill a complete denture in one continuous process.

Ivotion can be used for:

– Single full dentures (upper or lower)

– Upper and lower complete dentures

– Duplicate and immediate dentures

– Certain implant overdentures and partial bases

– Fixed full arch All-on-X cases

Benefits include fewer appointments, excellent retention and function, strong PMMA materials, and a complete digital record to support future remakes or modifications.

Our Zirconia Thimble Hybrid is an All-on-X full-arch solution that combines:

– A precision-milled titanium bar

– Individual zirconia crowns cemented to the bar

Compared with monolithic full zirconia hybrids, it offers:

– Less required interocclusal space

– The ability to use cantilevers within design limits

– The option to add pink gingiva or additional implant sites later

– Individual tooth replacement if a crown chips or fractures

– No debonding from separate titanium bases and fewer full-arch remakes

It’s designed to virtually eliminate most of the repair and remake issues associated with full monolithic zirconia arches.

For All-on-X cases, we can tailor the restoration to bite force, esthetics, and available space. Options include:

– Titanium hybrids with zirconia teeth

– Zirconia Thimble Hybrids with individual crowns

– Conventional acrylic hybrids and implant-supported dentures

We support you from provisional through final, including digital conversions and virtual treatment planning.

We recommend custom night guards to protect both your restorative work and your patients’ joints and muscles. Available designs include:

– Hard acrylic night guards

  – Clear heat-cured acrylic

– Ideal for severe bruxers

– Thermoplastic CLEARsplint™ night guards

  – Optically clear, non-yellowing

  – MMA-free and non-allergenic

  – Self-adjusting when warmed in water for an exceptionally close fit

– Dual laminate night guards

  – Soft inner layer for comfort, hard outer layer for durability

  – Less bulky than traditional hard guards

  – Great for bruxers and patients with extensive restorative or All-on-X work

Yes. We are a CAD/CAM implant bar specialist. We design and mill titanium bars for:

– Implant bar–supported overdentures

– Fixed and screw-retained hybrid dentures (including All-on-X)

Our one-piece milled bars are designed for passive fit and long-term strength without soldered or welded joints.

Beyond Ivotion dentures and zirconia hybrids, our digital offerings include:

– Milled zirconia implant crowns

– Certain digital partial solutions and frames

– Printed 3D models and custom trays

– Digital immediate dentures

– Digital implant planning support and integration with major planning platforms

We work to plug into your existing scanners and planning systems so you don’t have to overhaul your entire workflow.

We use the SR Ivocap® Injection System and premium denture teeth to improve fit, strength, and esthetics. The system compensates for the shrinkage that occurs in conventionally processed dentures, helping your patients experience:

– Improved comfort and retention

– Better function and speech

– Long-lasting, natural-looking results

Yes. During account setup you can opt in to our doctor portal, where you can:

– View case status

– Submit cases and photos

– Receive notifications (cases received, shipped, tracking, etc.)

We’ll email your portal invitation to the address you provide on your New Account form.
