For this reason, our growth has been slow and deliberate. With attention to the smallest detail, everything we do is in an effort to practice efficiently as possible while delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

It is our mission to make our doctors shine by creating results their patients can’t stop smiling about. This centers around collaboration with our clients, the use quality materials and fabrication methods, expert craftsmanship, internal quality control measures, knowledge of material science, a thorough understanding of both conventional and digital workflows and education to stay ahead of emerging technology. Our goal is to be a resource to our clients sharing our expertise all along the way!

Our journey began in removables, expanded into full arch implant prosthetics, then the All-on-X. Tom Wiand, CDT, the son of a general dentist formally trained in dental technology at the McCarrie School of Health Sciences, founded Wiand Dental Lab in 1992. From day 1 to present, Tom has been involved in every aspect of the lab and as a result has developed an expertise with full arch cases that few rival. Him main responsibility these days, is treatment planning with our dentists. It is Tom’s dedication and drive for excellence that allow us to produce the consistent results that our clients can count on from us.

In 2007, Tom’s wife Beth joined the Wiand Dental team after departing from broadcasting because she saw the need for Tom’s expertise with baby boomers and the potential in his lab with some help. Tom and Beth work in tandem with Tom overseeing the technical aspect of the lab and Beth overseeing the business side of the lab, complementing each other to the benefit of their team and clients they serve. We are a family owned business with the heart of a servant!

Most recently, our lab has expanded into crown and bridge including implants and full mouth smile design under the engaged leadership of Luke Musfeldt. As a result, we are able to serve all your dental prosthetic needs including removables, implants, crown and bridge and combination cases.
